We're a software development and IT services company.

As such, our conference room is wall to wall with whiteboards, and those whiteboards have historically been filled with code flow diagrams, system install diagrams, and a wide variety of other free-form drawings and text.

Also typically written next to drawings were the words "DO NOT ERASE !"

Since discovering scanR, we now just keep a digital camera in the conference room and shoot pictures of our whiteboards. A couple of times a week or more, we transfer the images to scanR, and take the resulting scanR PDF's and file them in our new "Shared Whiteboard" network folder by date and project.

It's been a lifesaver ! The only problem now is that our boss wants us to keep the whiteboards clean :)

Regards,

Gary
