My wife never has been a techie person, I use to show her new programs to this or that, but she always find the weak point or the not included feature she "really" needs. At work, she and her co-workers must go to different places and fill out paper forms with data they gather. I was testing the scanR service for my own purposes and she saw the results and said: "This could be interesting". I was amazed.
She made a demo at the office, and now they are working with scanR,sending phone-scanned documents as soon as they finish a visit.
The boss is happy cause the information is arriving faster.
My wife and her colleagues are glad, they dont loose time when they are back at the office providing the information to the right person.
But the other day my wife told me: "You know, theres one thing about the new system...The people working with our forms doesnt like it cause they have the reports so quickly... they feel...flooded...".
Some things never change. She found the weak point.
